More than one year of quality management experience, experience in connector industry is preferred, and have a certain understanding of the seven QC techniques and ISO9001; Able to handle quality related problems independently.

Injection molding supervisor: 1

1. Have more than 5 years of working experience in injection molding workshop, and more than 3 years of working experience as the head of injection molding workshop

2. Familiar with various work processes and operations in the injection molding workshop, familiar with product material performance and Haitian injection molding machine performance

3. Master the knowledge and skills of production operation management, have a strong sense of responsibility, work independently, and have strong interpersonal communication skills

4. Actively cooperate with the mold department, understand the mold maintenance principle, and be able to independently deal with the product problems and timely eliminate them.

5. Be familiar with the company's management system and have rich experience in personnel management.

6. Working experience in connector industry is preferred.

Injection molding technician: 1

Be able to complete independent mold setting and debugging. Have more than 3 years of working experience in the injection molding industry, be proficient in the operation and maintenance of various injection molding machines, have a certain understanding of the characteristics of various plastic materials, have a strong sense of quality, and have good debugging and improvement methods for defective injection molded parts. Those with experience in the connector industry are preferred.

Injection molding team leader: 1

More than 2 years of experience in injection molding, understanding the performance of injection molding machine, familiar with injection molding process, and 5S on-site management experience.

Production line leader: 3

Technical secondary school degree or above, leader of connector industry has more than one year of management experience, can independently arrange production plans, has a strong sense of cost and quality, is familiar with various production reports, can make them by himself, obey management, and leads more than 30 people.

Production manager: 1

College degree or above, more than five years of foreign enterprises or large electronic accessories, on-site management experience in the connector industry, more than 500 people management experience, strong pressure resistance, high loyalty, strong execution and sense of responsibility.

Head of Biotechnology Department: 1

College degree or above, major in machinery or mold, more than 3 years of experience in connector product automation development and management, able to design or repair improved automation equipment, understand electrical control and simple programming, and be able to PRO/E or CAD.

Head of Production Management Department: 1

College degree or above, proficient in Yonyou ERP software, more than 3 years of PMC management experience in the connector industry, able to independently formulate production plans and order delivery dates, strong sense of responsibility and initiative, good communication and coordination, and certain data analysis and statistics capabilities.

Material manager: 1

According to the company's production and operation plan and cost accounting, determine the annual work of the Material Department, with more than 8 years of experience in production management or material control, skilled use of relevant work software, and skilled use of office software such as ERP system.
